We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for peptide therapy, hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and preventative wellness to help expand one of New England’s premier medical wellness programs.

What You’ll Do 

• Perform comprehensive wellness consultations and medical evaluations. 

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing our established peptide, GLP-1, hormone optimization, and wellness protocols. 

• Prescribe and manage peptide therapies, GLP-1 medications, hormone replacement therapy, and other wellness treatments within your scope of practice. 

• Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-up visits, treatment adjustments, and ongoing clinical management. 

• Educate patients on longevity medicine, metabolic health, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and preventative healthcare. 

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through education, accountability, and exceptional clinical care. 

• Work within Dream Spa Medical’s established clinical protocols while contributing your expertise to continually improve patient outcomes and the patient experience. 

• Collaborate with our executive leadership team to refine and expand our wellness offerings as new therapies, research, and opportunities emerge. 

• Support the continued education and development of our clinical team through collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.

Qualifications 

Required 

• Active Nurse Practitioner license. 

• Experience prescribing and managing peptide therapies. 

• Experience with GLP-1 medications and medical weight management. 

• Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. 

Preferred 

• Experience in longevity, wellness, functional, integrative, or preventative medicine. 

• Passion for continual education and staying current with emerging therapies and research. 

• Previous experience in a concierge or patient-centered practice.
