Meet the Expert Team at Dream Spa Medical
Dr. Joseph Russo is a Board Certified, Harvard-trained Plastic Surgeon who has been in private practice in Newton Centre since 1991.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (A.S.P.S.), a member of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (N.E.S.P.R.S) and a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Russo received his Medical Degree from the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine and went on to do his General Surgery Residency at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston and Harvard Medical School. He completed his Plastic Surgery Residence at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston and Harvard Medical School.
He offers state-of-the-art cosmetic procedures and the latest in skin care treatments. He is also one of the most recognized leaders in the field of laser hair removal. Dr. Russo performs consultations, injectables and small surgeries right out of his Newton Centre office as well as cosmetic surgery at Milton Hospital.
Dr. Russo teaches classes at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics in Woburn, MA and is the Medical Director for several area spas and salons. Dr. Russo also has a large group of nurse injectors that work as independent employees under his direction.
The doctor is the founder of the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, a school to educate nurses on aesthetic injectables.
Diana graduated Bentley University with a Degree in International Business and went on to complete the executive program, as well as the advanced marketing program at Marcus Group Enterprises (MGE).
Diana served as the business director at Dream Smile Dental Companies from 2005 to 2013 until she partnered with Dr. Joseph Russo, Dr. Konstantin Ronkin and Dr. Evetta Shwartzman to create Dream Spa Medical in May of 2013. In August of 2014, the Dream Spa Medical group founded a second location in Brookline, MA. Diana is the business director and partner of both the Brookline and Canton locations.

Leah brings a lifetime of knowledge and experience in the aesthetic industry to Dream Spa Medical. She has been the catalyst in developing and procuring Dream Spa Medical’s results-based offerings as well as exceptional service and care to our patients.
Prior to becoming partner and COO, she was Dream Spa Medical’s lead clinician. In this role she created unique experiences and developed innovative treatment combinations to produce thoughtful results for her patients. These treatments later became Dream Spa Medical’s trademarked signature treatments.
Leah is dedicated to building a healthy culture and empowering every individual on our team to go above and beyond for our patients in both service, clinical outcomes and overall health and wellness. She sincerely believes in Dream Spa Medical’s goal in making people look and feel their very best. As a COO Leah ensures that Dream Spa Medical not only delivers the experience, but also provides the best possible results.
Kim is an ANCC certified nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in nursing, mostly working in a cardiothoracic ICU. She always had an interest in aesthetics and finally pursued that dream in 2021 after graduating with her Masters Degree from Simmons University and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Her goals are to create a comfortable, trusting environment and for clients to achieve natural results to feel confident! She is an enthusiast of art, and loves that aesthetics brings together her passion of art and nursing as she brings that artistic touch to each of her clients.
Brigid Rolfes is a nurse at Dream Spa Medical with over 15 years of experience. Brigid graduated from Simmons College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and obtained her Master’s degree from Northeastern University in 2014. Her career includes acute care at major Boston hospitals and a focus on cardiology. She also worked in the Medicare/Medicaid industry and served as a clinical instructor. Brigid transitioned into medical aesthetics, completing courses at Aesthetic Mentor and earning certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures. Recognizing that each individual is unique, Brigid approaches her work with a commitment to personalized care, understanding that one size does not fit all. Brigid chose Dream Spa Medical because of her desire to make a meaningful impact, striving for her patients to look and feel their best!
My nursing career began in a medical ICU during the COVID pandemic, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care, safety, and attention to detail. I continue my work as a NICU nurse at Boston Children’s Hospital while also practicing aesthetic medicine at Dream Spa Medical.
I’ve always been drawn to the artistry of aesthetics — the balance between science, precision, and enhancing natural beauty. As someone who has personally experienced many aesthetic treatments myself, I understand how powerful thoughtful, subtle results can be.
I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to detail, and I take a careful, individualized approach to every patient. My goal is always natural, balanced results that help you look refreshed and confident while still feeling like yourself.

I began my nursing career as a step-down cardiac nurse at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I built a strong foundation in precision, safety, and patient-centered care. Fun fact: I still work there part-time! Today, I bring that same expertise into aesthetics as a Nurse Injector, helping my patients look and feel their best while achieving natural, confidence-boosting results.
Jess is a licensed aesthetician and proud graduate of Catherine Hines Institute. As the Lead Aesthetician of our Canton location, she brings extensive experience in advanced skincare treatments and a results-driven approach to every patient she sees. Jess is dedicated to helping her patients achieve healthy skin through customized, medical-grade skincare solutions.
With a cosmetology license dating back to 2011, Brit transitioned from a decade-long career in the hospitality business to pursue her passion in aesthetics at Dream Spa Medical. Beyond her cosmetology foundation, Brit holds a certification in holistic wellness from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, she completed the Skin Master Class program, earning the esteemed Master of Aesthetics certificate. Brit seamlessly blends her natural ability to engage with clients and her passion for the latest skincare innovations, ensuring each experience is both personalized and exceptional. Lindsey graduated from Tulane University in 2016 with a BS in psychology, but always knew her true passion was skincare. After working in the tech industry for a few years she decided to follow that passion by attending Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, completing her program in 2021. As a licensed esthetician, she now uses her education to help her client’s feel confident and enhance their natural beauty. Lindsey is committed to continuously improving her techniques and treatments to ensure her client’s get the best possible results.
Anna has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Hospitality. She is very good with numbers and even better with people. Anna has been working at Dream Spa Medical for more than 5 years and dedicated herself to helping build a successful practice along with all the team members here.
Anna likes working here because of the empowerment. She appreciates women supporting each other and loves being a part of the company’s growth. As the Location Manager at Dream Spa Medical’s Patriot Place location, Amani brings that same energy and intentionality to the world of aesthetic wellness. She chose Dream Spa Medical to pursue her passion for spa direction in an inclusive, confidence-boosting environment rooted in both beauty and medical-grade care.
