Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Assistant to support our team of Aestheticians and Nurse Injectors in delivering exceptional experiences and high-quality aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
Objectives:
- Prepare the treatment area for an exceptional patient experience
- Assist in presenting treatment plans, and educating patients on the importance of their patient journey
- Greet patients and assist with completing necessary consent forms and documentation
- Prepare patients for treatments, including cleansing the skin, prepping the skin and providing pre-procedure instructions
- Assist with cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox injections, dermal filler injections, laser treatments, and facial rejuvenation procedures
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking treatment rooms as needed
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times
Required Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant is a plus!
