Dream Spa Medical Return Policy

At Dream Spa Medical we stand behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 60 days of purchase. Please note that purchased gift certificates are not returnable.

Return Policy

We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund. Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Products are eligible for a Refund if you have had an adverse skin reaction or you have not opened the product or packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on Refunds.

If you paid with a gift certificate and/or Reward Points and credit card, the gift certificate and/or Reward Points will first be refunded, then your credit card will be refunded.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without a return authorization number written on the outside of the package cannot be accepted.

Returned items are subject to inspection by Dream Spa Medical staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Dream Spa Medical. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Dream Spa Medical Online Store Terms & Conditions

It is the policy of Dream Spa Medical to only sell products to patients of record. To become a patient of record, you must receive a full skincare evaluation at one of the Dream Spa Medical locations. Skincare evaluations are complimentary.

The products displayed on this website can be ordered and delivered only within the U.S. Dream Spa Medical products displayed on the Site may be available in select Dream Spa Medical retail stores in the U.S. All prices displayed on DreamSpaMedical.com are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.

All material and information presented by Dream Spa Medical is intended to be used for personal, educational or informational purposes only. The statements and products sold through Dream Spa Medical are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. The products available on this site and at Dream Spa Medical locations, including any samples Dream Spa Medical may provide to you, are for your personal use only. Dream Spa Medical Series Policy

At Dream Spa Medical we strive to provide exceptional care and effective treatments. For this reason we believe that patients will receive the best results with a series of treatments.

We offer series of treatments at an upfront discounted cost. At any point throughout your visits at Dream Spa Medical, if you decide you no longer wish to receive the treatments you have purchased a series for, you can utilize the remaining balance on your series toward any other service that Dream Spa Medical offers. The series balance is calculated based on the amount paid for the entire series divided by the total amount of treatments in the series. This is a discounted amount per treatment, not the full priced amount of the service.

All series purchased at Dream Spa Medical expire after 2 years. Paid value never expires. If you have not used your series within 2 years, the value remaining on your series will be transferred into an account credit that can be used for products or services at Dream Spa Medical.

Dream Spa Medical Appointment Policy

Our mission is to provide high end, quality medical spa services and help our clients look and feel their best. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will consult you on the best treatments to achieve your desired results.

For this reason, we reserve a specific amount of time for each patient. The nurse or aesthetician reserves this time for you, which is why your presence and timeliness is vital to this treatment process. 

NO-SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS:

We will do everything we can to seat you on time and even take you in early if you arrive early to your appointment.  In return, we ask that you give the same courtesy to us.  If you must reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.  A credit card must be kept on file in the case that we have to charge the cancellation fee.

  1. First late cancellation within a 1 year period: $50 charge that is applied as a credit to your account
  2. Second cancellation within a 1 year period: $50 charge.
  3. Third cancellation within a 1 year period: $100 charge.

*If your card on file is unable to be charged at the time of cancellation, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.

Appointments that are not cancelled in advance are considered no-shows.  Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations.   For any appointments that are 1 hour or longer, if you arrive to your appointment 50% or more into the visit time,  it will be considered a late cancellation. This takes away time from another patient that may be waiting for an earlier appointment slot.  For any patient that has 3 no-shows on record within a 1 year period, we will require pre-payment in full for the scheduled visit prior to rescheduling. If the patient cancels late or no-shows for that appointment, the pre-paid fee is forfeited. If a patient is on a series of treatments, we will require a non-refundable payment equivalent to 1 visit in the patient’s current series in order to reschedule the appointment.

CONFIRMATIONS:

In order to properly prepare for your appointment, we ask that you please confirm your visit with us via phone, email or text.  You will receive an email and text communication from our office 72-48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you do not confirm your appointment within 12 hours prior to your scheduled time, we reserve the right to book another appointment in that spot and if you come in for your unconfirmed visit, you may not be seen. 

Dream Spa Medical Gift Card Policy

Full Priced Gift Cards:

Gift Cards purchased at full price via cash, check, credit card, EFT or membership funds at Dream Spa Medical either in-store or online, can be used towards any product or service without limitations.

This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. This gift card is notrefundable or redeemable for cash or credit and is usable in its face amount in lieuof cash in exchange for goods or services supplied by the seller except whererequired by law. No value until purchased. Call or visit any store for gift cardbalance. We can replace the remaining balance on lost, stolen, or damaged cardswith the original purchase receipt. This gift card can be used at all locations. Thiscard shall expire at the exaptation of seven (7) years from the date of issuance. This gift card is not refundable in cash.

Gift Card Specials:

The Dream Spa Medical Gift Card special is offered on certain holidays and is announced ahead of time. An example of a gift card promotion is:

Purchase a gift card for $100 and get $25 free.

The promotional $25 cannot be used on any products, special priced items or in combination with other promotions.

Third Party Gift Cards:

Dream Spa Medical also accepts certain third party gift cards such as Spa Finder Gift Cards. Third party Gift cards, with the exception of Alle gift cards, have a limit of one gift card per visit.

Alle Gift Cards:

There are no limitations on Alle gift cards. They can be used towards any Allergan product per the rules outlined by Allergan.
