From Front Desk to Clinical Team: A Realistic Path
While every journey is unique, many of our team members follow a path like this:
1. Concierge / Front Desk Coordinator
Where it all begins, learning scheduling, patient communication, product knowledge, and building relationships.
2. Patient Experience or Treatment Assistant
Working closely with aestheticians and injectors, assisting in consultations, observing treatments, and learning clinical flow.
3. Clinical Training or Aesthetic Program Enrollment
Team members who want to pursue skincare or injecting receive guidance on accredited programs, clinical requirements, and optional observation time.
4. Licensed Aesthetician or Aesthetic Nurse
With licensing and training complete, team members transition into full clinical roles, now with a deep understanding of DSM culture and patient care standards.
